DeEtte has worked with a wide range of organizations, helping them realign their leadership structures to create sustainable, high-performing teams.

DeEtte’s journey began in the early childhood education sector, where she led multiple schools and built high-performance teams. However, her leadership experience extends far beyond education. Over the years, DeEtte has worked with a variety of businesses, guiding leaders and helping teams in different industries enhance their performance, refine their leadership, and align their efforts for long-term success.

DeEtte realized that true leadership isn’t about working harder, but about working smarter and with alignment. She has personally navigated these challenges, and through reflection and experience, developed The Alignment Line™ to help leaders across industries align their leadership for the long-term, ensuring clarity, purpose, and sustainability.

Jimmy, Co-Founder of The Alignment Line™, brings a wealth of expertise in business strategy and financial acumen. With years of experience in business operations and entrepreneurship, Jimmy plays a critical role in ensuring that The Alignment Line™ is built for sustainability and long-term growth.

Jimmy’s experience in managing complex business operations helps him guide the strategic development of The Alignment Line™. He is also responsible for ensuring that all audio, visual, and security logistics are of the highest quality during both live and online events, guaranteeing a seamless experience for every attendee.

His expertise ensures that the organization runs smoothly and efficiently, while focusing on the growth and sustainability of all its leadership offerings. His work behind the scenes allows the team to remain focused on delivering transformational results to clients, ensuring lasting success.

Jasmine, our Client Experience & Events Operations Coordinator, ensures that every live event and client experience runs seamlessly. With over 10 years of experience in early childhood education and leadership training, Jasmine is instrumental in curating exceptional experiences for our clients, overseeing event logistics, and ensuring everything meets our high standards of excellence.

As a valued member of our coaching team, Jasmine blends her educational expertise with a personal touch to support leaders in their growth.
