I’m a Wife, Mother, Lifelong Learner, Educator, and Leadership Strategist with more than Three Decades of experience leading high-performing teams and complex organizations in demanding environments.

I’ve built programs.
I’ve led institutions.
I’ve been the decision-maker others relied on when outcomes mattered.

And I reached a point where I recognized something critical:

High Performance is not the same as Sustainable leadership.

For years, I operated from a Performance-First Identity.

It produced results.
It built credibility.
It accelerated advancement and expanded my influence.

But it was not structurally designed for long-term sustainability.

That realization didn’t make me less ambitious.
It made me more aligned.
